Zoey Turns One! I still can't believe that a year has gone by since baby Zoey was born.
Today we celebrated her birthday with close family and we had a great time.
When I first started planning Zoey's birthday I knew that I wanted some type of Boho themed party for her. But as months went by Zoey started loving Mickey Mouse clubhouse show. I didn't want your typical themed Minnie Mouse birthday so I decided to mix the two Boho and Minnie Mouse and came up with this flower and greenery theme.
I loved the pink, white and gold colors with some greenery mixed. I choose a dress that I found on Etsy and her shoes are from Amazon. I called so many party planners to see of they can rent me a grass backdrop that I really wanted but the price was so expensive. I decided that I was going to plan the whole thing myself and just find things that I can work with, more affordable and came up with all this. You can say its a DIY Boho Minnie Mouse birthday party theme.
We had never done a balloon arch before let me tell you it was a little bit of a struggle but thank god to all my family helping we got it done. All the decorations I got on Amazon. The lantern you see is a piece I had at home that I thought would go great with the theme.
